“I’m Sue Grogan”

Supporting You to Develop a Culture of Wellbeing in Your Workplace.

Reducing your absenteeism and recruitment costs.

I really want to help business owners get through lockdown and whatever follows in the next few months or longer.

Our personal resilience, mental health and wellbeing have taken a huge knock and many people are putting on a brave face for their staff but are quietly starting to fall apart – and don’t want to tell anyone about it. Is this you?

I’m offering a confidential, one to one service to help business owners cope with what’s been thrown at them and to build up their own resilience to take them forwards.

You’ll feel much more confident, stronger, positive and know that things will be ok – even if your business continues to struggle.

I’ve reduced the cost to £79 per session – however – if you’re really strapped for cash then I’ll look at paying over a period of time.

Here’s a link to book a session with me – either phone or zoom.

I can’t change the Covid situation – but I can use my skills to help you, my colleagues, with your own individual challenges.

This way we’ll will be so much stronger as we all go forwards.

Best wishes

Here are my 3 handbooks written to help people when they are in a specific crisis and don’t know what to do.

As a family unit We were struggling to come to terms with my Nan’s growing care needs, alongside working full time, doctors and hospital appointments, the regular day to day life and also the fact that my nan didn’t initially feel she needed help or extra care.

Sue’s book was fantastic in the advice it gave us, the directions it guided us and Sue herself with her knowledge and such a personable approach made our life much easier.

I really enjoyed reading this book. I found it very informative and will pass it on to my Mum to read as I know she will enjoy it too.

Everybody deserves to be able to access the help and support they need and are entitled to. My vision is that people know where to turn for information, help and support when coming out of a long term relationship

Dementia: A Practical Handbook for Working People Caring for a Loved One.

A really useful guide for families coping with the complexities that dementia can bring. This book has easy to reference chapters with really good bullet point advice to address some of the issues faced by families.

Good Health and Wellbeing are now recognised as essential in the workplace, creating a positive working environment with resulting increases in productivity.

If you want to create a Wellbeing Strategy and don’t have enough time or people to do it then let’s have a chat about how I can help you.

So what is Wellbeing at work?

It’s about the personal dynamics between the people in your business. Do they get on with their co-workers?

How do they feel about working in your business? How does your business treat them and how does their work fits into the rest of their lives?

There’s also the physical environment. Is it a nice place to work? Are people comfortable in their work area? Is it a safe place where health and safety risks are identified and procedures put in place?

What about their mental health? Are people able to be open and honest about any mental ill health problems they have or is it a taboo subject?

Do you encourage a healthy lifestyle and set an example?

Wellbeing isn’t about having a bowl of fruit in your coffee area and encouraging people to take a walk at lunchtime – but developing it in your business needs careful thought, planning and most importantly – involving everyone who works there.
